• After install, open Anchor from Applications (or Spotlight).
• When macOS asks for Input Monitoring, allow it — Anchor only uses activity rates, never what you type.
• Quit anytime from the menu-bar Anchor menu (or ⌘⌥Q).
• Sessions and parked thoughts stay on your Mac — no account required.
